"This is practically an old school powerlifting gym with old school equipment and
​a large outdoor area with more equipment other than what is inside the gym. Which, along with it's location that makes it practically hidden and the raw environment it provides, makes it the ideal place to work out:
This gym is not located in an area that receives very much traffic or attention from a large Main Street so it's never too crowded (even following New Years)and thus equipment is always organized and available for use. And the environment and old school equipment provide the motivation to get a good workout.
This gym has great staff and the equipment is better than most gyms. My only complaint is that broken or damaged equipment is not always fixed or replaced as quickly as one would usually like. Other than this issue, however, this is the ideal gym to work out at and definitely one of the better gyms I've been to."- Scott S.

​"Best gym I've been to in a long, long time. Equipment is awesome, staff is kind, and fellow members are considerate. It's great to walk in knowing that the people around you are putting in work so you might as well match the effort! Besides, you took the time to drive there, right?
The business owner (CT)  is super helpful and attentive to anything that needs repairs/improvements. I must agree a few others about the double-edged sword this place has become:  On one hand, I want this establishment to be a tremendous success for the family that owns it. On the other hand I'd hate to see it get super packed with ego lifters and wannabe Instagram models, haha. But I digress. 
This gym is simply fantastic and you'd be hard pressed to find a better one in the area. So sign up - you'll be glad that you did! Just be sure to re-rack your weights and wipe stuff down :)."- JA
