Cancellation policy
Canceling is never easy. Canceling plans, canceling reservations or canceling your GYM MEMBERSHIP. We understand “life happens”. That is why we want to help make this process easy and efficient for both of us. There are two ways to cancel your membership..
1. You can come into The Works Gym and fill out a cancellation request form. You will receive a copy of the form and we will keep a copy. It can take up to 7 days for your cancellation to process. (note, EFT members still within the 12 month commitment period are responsible for ½ the balance of the remaining commitment).
2. If you are not able to come into the gym to cancel, please download the form at the bottom of the page and email it to THEWORKSGYMKELLY@GMAIL.COM This will ensure that we receive the cancellation request and avoid any misunderstandings. If you do not receive a confirmation response back from CT, please follow up with a phone call to 909-949-4411.
We are sad to see you go, but understand that life happens. Please don’t hesitate to talk to CT about other options regarding your membership. Feedback is welcome as we aim to improve in any way we can.
We do offer the option to freeze your membership for a small fee (10$ per month with a 3 month maximum). Restrictions do apply for this feature, Please discuss this option with CT, as he is the only person who can authorize this.
